Hi everyone!
This is Liza speaking. I have been president of the MIT SWE section since January and it has really been amazing so far. Everyone in the organization is great and I wanted to just give a shout out to some noteworthy individuals from MIT who were rewarded scholarships from the the Society. Additionally, I put together a photo collage of some of the great memories we have been able to collect so far.

Congrats to the following individuals for being chosen for scholarships:
- Kathleen Xu - Admiral Grace Murray Hopper Scholarship
- Sarah Coe - Anne Maureen Whitney Barrow Memorial Scholarship
- Katherine Stone - B.J. Harrod Scholarship
- Ashwini Gokhale - Boston Scientific Scholarship
- Kristine Bunker - GE Women's Network Scholarship
- Stephanie Scott - Intel Corporation Scholarship,
- Grace Anne Young - Life Technologies Scholarship
- Ada Taylor - Lockheed Martin Corporation Scholarship
- Celena Dopart - Lydia I. Pickup Memorial Scholarship
- Aubrey Colter - Northrop Grumman Foundation Scholarship
- Minna Song - Northrop Grumman Foundation Scholarship
While the above mentioned individuals all were rewarded with scholarships from the Society, MIT SWE also gives out scholarships to two upperclassmen and two underclassmen. The application has not yet been released, but stay tuned for more information!
